Vincenzo.be SRL, operating under the brand name Paperclips Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), is a company registered in Belgium. We operate the mobile game Jumping Panda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

Jumping Panda does not directly collect any personal information from you. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

• Device information (model, OS version, language)

Apple SKAdNetwork

We use Apple's SKAdNetwork for ad attribution. SKAdNetwork provides aggregated, non-personal conversion data to ad networks without revealing individual user information.

Analytics (Plausible)

Our website (jumpingpanda.io) uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.

In-App Analytics (GameAnalytics)

Within the app, we use GameAnalytics to collect anonymized gameplay data such as level progression, session length, and in-app purchase events. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to improve game balance and performance.

In-App Purchases

Jumping Panda offers a "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Jumping Panda is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Data Retention
